About the Downtown Everett Card
Downtown Everett business owners are invited to participate in the Downtown Everett Card program.
This program is a partnership between Skotdal Real Estate and local Everett merchants like you who are interested in increasing your revenue while getting to know your neighbors. By offering a small discount or a simple reward, you are encouraging downtown residents to visit your business time and time again.
Our goal is to create a ‘win-win’ partnership between downtown Everett businesses and local residents and we believe the Downtown Everett Card program encourages those residents to shop, dine, and play right here!

What is the Downtown Everett Card Program?
The Downtown Everett Card program is a partnership between Skotdal Real Estate and local Everett merchants like you, who agree to offer residents from local Skotdal communities, (close to 1,000 residents), a small discount or special offer when they either show their Downtown Everett Card or show the same offer via the Active Building app on their mobile phone.
Why did we invite your business to participate?
Year after year, Downtown Everett grows and becomes a better community to live, shop, and play. We want to keep that trend going and show our residents that there are businesses and shops right in their own “backyard” that will cater to their needs.
Did we mention we do all of the advertising for FREE?
Skotdal Real Estate will promote all participating businesses and their offers on our Active Building resident website which advertises to Downtown Everett Cardholders. Participating businesses may also receive additional exposure on each community’s individual Facebook page. All you have to do is agree to a discount or offer, sit back, and let the patrons come in!
How does the program work?
Residents will present their Downtown Everett Card or the Active Builder mobile App when they visit your business. You can manage the discount just as you would any other in-house discount, (military, student, etc.). There is no need to swipe the card or track the discount. Please be sure to educate your staff of all discounts or offers.
What type of offers or discounts can you provide?
You can provide any discount you feel comfortable with. You can choose a percentage off, a free appetizer, or maybe a specialty cocktail during Happy Hour, the choice is yours.
